Room for rent

I have a room for rent. (3 different rooms to choose from ) located in Fort Saskatchewan, 3 minutes from highway 21 in Southpoint new development . House is 3 years old . Everything included except for furnished bedroom, shared kitchen, Laundry(upstairs right off rental bedroom, main living space. I am looking for a clean, quiet individual male aged 25-40, working full time. **two previous rental references needed**. Must be ok with dogs. Small, friendly 7 year old French Bulldog lives at the residence. Very quiet and keeps to himself.
