I have decided to rent out my spacious living room in a 3 1/2 apartment in Westmount for the winter with the possibility of extending the contract.
The building includes gym/indoor swimming pool/laundry room/terrace/security from 7am to 12 am.
It is right across Dawson college and Atwater metro and walking distance to Concordia, McGill and Lasalle.
There is a Cineplex across the street and many restaurants and cafes. (Boustan, A&W, Tommy etc.)
Adjacent to Alexis-Nihon mall with a passage from the lobby.

You will share the apartment with me and my two cats (Mia & Juju).
We have the bedroom and the living room is yours.
I’m a teacher and I work full time so you will have complete privacy throughout the day.
I sometimes work in the evening as well.
I’m clean, easy going and I value my space and quiet time after work and early mornings
I’m looking for a roommate with the same mindset.
I like cooking and watching a movie when I’m home and would enjoy to share that time with you.
My cats are very well behaved and affectionate and enjoy sharing that love with everybody.
The apartment is fully furnished with amazing view and all the appliances are brand new. (Fridge/Oven/Air fryer/coffee machine/kettle/toaster/microwave).

You will have a large walking closet to yourself.
