It includes a comfortable driver seat and a passenger seat that swivels to serve as a living room chair. The couch has 2 seat belts attached to the frame and it pulls out for an additional bed. The couch cover is custom-made with removable and washable coverslip. The kitchen has a double sink, hot water tank, 8 drawers, 2 large roll out storage drawers, 4 large open pantry shelves, retro red fridge with separate door freezer, toaster oven, and beautifully finished wooden countertop. There are 6 electrical AC outlets including 2 in the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. LED lighting in the kitchen/living room and the bedroom. The bathroom has a pocket-door, the sink and shower drain to the gray water tank, and the toilet drains to the black water tank. The bedroom area has a bed frame for a double mattress, with storage underneath in addition to the water tank. Installed is a two drawer dresser, curtain rod for hanging clothing, and elevated shelves above the bed secured by bungee webbing. The hardwood flooring material was salvaged and refinished from a 125 year old store in Lion’s Head, Ontario. All windows open and close securely. There are custom-made removable window coverings for insulation and privacy. This Skoolie also has a separated back storage section that is approximately 5 feet deep and includes an electrical outlet. The owner used this to store tools, bicycle, and e-bike (including ramp).
