I am offering my 2001 Precision 18 for sale. This is a very predictable, stable and dry boat that handles more like a big boat than an 18 footer! It is in excellent shape and is well maintained and sailed regularly. I always think boats are made to be sailed and that is how we know what needs to be done to keep them tuned and properly maintained. While this boat is a 2001 it has many recent upgrades and as a result compares with a new 2016 Precision 18 direct from the factory (over $25K USD) at a fraction of the price. It is spotless inside and out. The hull is waxed regularly and shines like new. No matter if you are new to sailing or are looking to experience the ease and option of solo sailing after downsizing from a larger Catalina, Beneteau, C&C, Tanzer or Mirage, this P-18 truly is the way to go.
