The NAPA Ontario Region is actively seeking a talented business professional to fill the newly open position of SALES MANAGER – ASSOCIATE NETWORK based out of the Cambridge, Ontario Distribution Center 0166. This new role will report directly to the Director Ontario Region – DC Operations and Associate Sales and will manage the entire sales network and all activities related to achieving DC sales quota and expense control objectives. This position involves regular travel within the Region of Ontario.


  • Manages the maintenance and development of the NAPA Associate network, promotion of programs/sales promotions and the selling of NAPA banners with the assigned customer base;
  • Relationship building activities with existing DC jobbers and new customers at both jobber and dealer levels;
  • Through the Territory Managers acting as business-partners, manage the implementation of the NAPA mandates & objectives and ensure the Associates develop and manage their businesses efficiently and with utmost success;
  • Define Territory and customer mix for all Territories in the Network Sales area;
  • Support Banners and Major Account sales targets and business relationships by working closely with our Banners and Major Accounts teams; and
  • Recruit, develop, assess, train and motivate a team of business professionals in the capacity of Territory Managers. Plan and follow-up with them and develop and implement development and corrective action plans as required.


5 to 8 years of relevant sales experience
Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Parts Industry experience preferred
Strong Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket industry and competition
Knowledge of finance and administration
Knowledge of MS-Office
