The ideal candidate is an experienced player/coach with a proven track record of hiring and developing a team of sales professionals. You excel at consultative solution selling and have experience closing deals directly. Your goal is to build and grow a high-performing, new business-focused sales team. It is important that you thrive in a fast-moving environment. You are passionate, adaptable, articulate and think quickly on your feet. You are focused on results and growing and building a high performing sales team. You will come with a passion for building, managing, coaching and growing a sales team!

The selected candidate will bring 5 years of successful Sales, Sales Management and solid team building skills within the construction rental equipment industry. The incumbent will have a track record of setting challenging targets and then achieving them. University degree is preferred.
