What we are hiring for:

We are hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator! This position is located at our head office in London, ON.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the position, the Marketing Coordinator needs to be highly organized and able to multi-task proficiently.


  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with advertising agency and printer; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

  • Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments.

  • Execute customer based marketing programs; analyze results; provide insight and recommendations regarding program success and future campaign planning.

  • Monitor the company's online reputation.

  • Manage corporate libraries of photography and testimonials; coordinate new opportunities.

  • Assist in the development of customer messaging and advertising campaigns according to brand guidelines.

  • Copy writing, editing, and proofreading.

  • Assist with the coordination of product certifications.

  • Assist with product management; industry and consumer research; product review; general pricing.

  • Create and distribute purchase orders and collect invoices.

  • Maintain Centennial's career page; post ads; track performance.

The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting with special projects as necessary.


  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing.

  • 2+ years in a similar role.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • The ability to work well with a variety of personalities.

  • The capability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

  • The ability to proactively identify and communicate potential problems.

  • Highly creative and motivated.
