Report to and assist the Store Manager as directed
Motivate, encourage and develop relationships with volunteers and staff
Assist with training new volunteers and staff
Help staff to maximize productivity and efficiency
Oversee daily cash out procedures
Pricing donations
Overseeing merchandising and stocking
Be responsible for all aspects of the store in the absence of Store Manager
Experience: Thrift Store experience is a definite asset.
