The Associate or Sales Manager will work with the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Financial Centre management team and will report to the Financial Centre Manager, Bruno Flauto, to achieve profitable and sustainable growth by assisting in the recruiting, training and development of advisors.

An ideal candidate wants to introduce potential advisors to a career in financial services and once contracted assist them in achieving their full potential. They are challenged by the opportunity to train, coach and develop individuals into self-confident, top-notch advisors. You have the desire to influence and affect the growth and profitability of both the sales force and the company and you're interested in personal growth. An ideal candidate is motivated to earn an above average income through the growth and development of successful advisors.

As an integral part of the entire Financial Centre management team, the Associate or Sales Manager is responsible for:

· Sales training and coaching

· Joint fieldwork with advisors

· Helping advisors set goals

· Recruiting new advisors and contributing to sales force growth within the Financial Centre

Notes/Unique requirements:

· The successful candidate will be required to obtain his/her Life and Accident and Sickness licenses along with his/her Mutual Funds license and Financial Centre Managers Mutual Fund license.
