The STORE MANAGER’S role is to assist in both maximizing of sales and ensure the effective operation of all store activities. This position is required to provide accurate sales leadership to employees and serve to project the company's philosophy and image through both excellent customer service and strong visual presentation techniques.
The position of the ASSISTANT MANAGER is primarily to support the Store Manager to achieve the sales objectives, improve employee performance and ensure efficient store operations. This also includes proper merchandising and maintaining excellent customer service standards through leading by example.
The Third Key Holder is responsible for providing outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising and general upkeep of the store’s cleanliness and appearance.
