Full Time Sales Representative

Job Description:Job Description Building Common Good is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full Time Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting door-to-door visits for fundraising purposes. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential donors, present our organization's mission and projects, and secure donations. Responsibilities:Conduct door-to-door visits to potential donors' residences.Engage in meaningful conversations to explain our organization's mission and fundraising goals.Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet and exceed donation targets.Present compelling reasons for supporting Building Common Good and solicit donations or pledges.Collaborate with the team to develop new sales and marketing strategies.Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements:Clean Criminal Record Check.Availability to work from Monday to Friday, Full-Time (11:00am - 8:00pm)Previous sales or fundraising experience is a plus but not requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
