Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing accounts to educate and inform potential clients on the company’s service offerings.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities maintaining a high close ratio.
  • Work closely with internal team to ensure the best results for the client.
  • Comprehend client’s full requirements to ensure full encompassing solution is presented.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the company’s services and stay on top of industry changes and advancements.
  • Responsible for achieving and surpassing company sales targets.
  • Utilize the company’s CRM system to accurately track and maintain customer records and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual.
  • Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience, with a track record of success.
  • College diploma/University degree.
  • Must have a strong understanding of sales.
  • Extremely strong communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively influence and negotiate.
  • Highly driven to exceed goals.
  • Good business and work ethics.
