We are pleased to introduce a slew of new walk-in services and a big change from our previous operations we will now provide the option of 3rd party, non-Apple parts at a lower price.
This decision was made in response not only to the economic downturn, but the fact that some of our competition appeared to be able to undercut us by enormous amounts prompting a lot of derision at our prices. So, weve decided to blow the lid off an industry secret some companies are claiming to provide the original parts while installing the 3rd party copies then calling us expensive!
We still carry and HIGHLY recommend the Premium parts at our old pricing, but now offer the more economical parts at a lower price point matching or exceeding our competition. Now, also be informed there are a range of qualities available in the aftermarket and we only choose the best anyone with lower prices is going to using the lower quality parts, be careful!

ANDROID? WHAT??
YES! As of 2022, The Stem will also do Android repair! With the same quality of parts and hardware knowledge, we will happily repair your Samsung, OnePlus, HTC, Motorola, Huawei and more!
Though, due to the shear amounts of different Android phone models out there, each model will be quoted upon when brought in. Parts will mostly likely have to be ordered, but this will allow unto ensure theist price possible as well!
