In my attempt to help provide people with shelter and a place to sleep at night I am offering up my large living room that is NOT currently being used for anything. Yes, it's a living room, but no different than any other room with it's own TV, comfy chair, etc. It is NOT shared with anyone and is not meant to be a long term solution, but can be a safe place to stay for a couple months while you continue searching for your own full size apartment. No need to live in your car or be out in the cold! This won't appeal to everyone, but for those interested it includes the following:

- All utlities are included in the rent, including heat, power, water & Wi-Fi - Includes solid wood twin bed with storage drawers & shelf headboard - Includes a tiny single-serving fridge to have a cold drink late at night without getting up! - Includes a 48" Smart TV and use of large movie & video game library & Netflix (no cable) - Includes a high quality electric fireplace for cozy evenings! - Includes use of full size kitchen with all utensils, pots, pans & shared bathroom - Includes use of washer & dryer!! - Parking space for 1 car in nearby driveway - Room dividers/privacy screens are used to make it feel like 2 separate areas!

Location is exactly halfway between Liverpool & Bridgewater for easy quick access on the highway to either town! - Only 15 minutes along the highway to all the major beaches (Rissers, Crescent, Green Bay & Cherry Hill....great surfing!) - House is located 30 seconds away from the coast with beautiful sunset island water views - Boat launch at end of road - Great trails for walking or biking - A General Store is only a 5 min drive away! YOU MUST HAVE A CAR AS THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION!!!

I have an adorable medium sized Goldendoodle who is hypollergenic & doesn't shed and gets along with everyone, so you must be ok with that.

Rent is only $625/mth, including all utilities and everything listed above! Security deposit is also required ($250).
