1 Bedroom Apartment Sublet

Beautiful 1 Bedroom apartment for sublet from May 1st to July 31st. NO OPTION TO RENEW LEASE. I am a graduate student and need to move back in no later than August 1st for a summer course. Heat and water included, power and wifi extra (approximately $150). Rent also includes one parking spot. All furniture will remain in the apartment as I cannot transport it back and forth. One cat is allowed, otherwise it is not pet friendly. Laundry is in the building and is coin operated ($2 per wash and dry). Centrally located in the south end, 2 minute walk from DAL (nearly on campus), Hospitals and multiple bus routes, in walking distances of grocery stores and many other shops.
