Location: Near winsdor plaza on Whyte Ave. Exact location will be provided upon request. Sublet period: June 25 to August 25 (two months) Students preferred. 4th floor unit. Subletting one bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat. You won't have a flatmate. Rent includes all utilities, WiFi, furnitured private room (queen size bed, desk, chair, dresser, mirror), shared living room, bathroom, kitchen (fully furnished). 10 minutes walk to UofA campus, 2 minutes walk to Safeway and nearby transportation access (LRT and bus)
