Located on 3rd Floor of 842 Academy Way this studio is walking distance to UBCO and nearby convenience stores and restaurants.
A bus stop is located directly outside the building. If you have a vehicle one assigned parking stall is included inside the garage as a bonus with this studio at no additional cost as street parking is a challenge at best on Academy Way.
These studios normally rent for $1735 per month but to make it affordable for a student it is offered at a greatly reduced monthly rent for the summer. It is a great deal and less expensive than a studio on campus at UBCO.
The studio contains a kitchen complete with stove/oven, microwave and fridge and a private bathroom. Wifi and utilities are included. There is a view of the nearby lake. The building contains a gym, games room, study rooms, a common room and front desk service.
