The room is in the basement but has a big window and is the largest room in the house. The room has an ensuite washroom, a large closet and a 32 inch tv. The house is newly renovated with a 60 inch smart tv in the living room and a kitchen with all amenities. Laundry in-unit. There is parking available for one car. The rent is 850/month including utilities plus internet (15 per month: 1gbps Rogers internet). There is the possibility of extension after August and can be discussed. NO SHARING.
