Hey everyone! I’m currently looking for a female student/young professional to sublet my room from May - August 2024. The apartment is a Red Bricks located off of Wharncliffe road, right next to the bus stop and within a 5 min drive from campus.
The room is very clean and spacious with a large closet. All the furniture (bed, desk, night stand, dresser) will be kept in the room as needed.
Rent is $599 + utilities.

- 1 bathroom
- 1 parking spot
- Common areas are furnished (couch, TV, kitchen table)
Please be advised that there is no air conditioning in these Red Bricks units. I have a standing fan that I use that I will leave behind. Message me for more details!
