Looking for 1 person to take over the lease for my room for the summer in a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom unit in Foundry 1805. The building is a 5-minute walk away from Ontario Tech University / Durham College Campus and is close to Popeyes, Domino's, and Osmows. The $65/month cost of utilities has been included in the $900/month cost, move in will be in early May 2024, rent is due on the 1st of every month.
