Downstairs has furnished bedroom with full ensuite, laundry room, storage room, large family room with tv and office area. Upstairs is an open layout with kitchen, yoga room, bathroom, living room with tv, patio door out to a landscaped yard and master bedroom with ensuite is above the garage on the 3rd floor. Yard is fenced with sitting area, garden shed, and a fire pit. Garage has room for storage. House is a corner lot so there’s lots of parking close to the front entrance. It’s a cozy, quiet, clean, organized, clutter free and nicely decorated home.
