Close to UBC sublet - 2bdrm, 1 bath

My roommate and I are looking to sublet our two bedroom, 1 bath, basement suite from May 1 - End of August. It is semi-furnished. Two equally sized, fairly large bedrooms, one full bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with a fridge and oven. (no dishwasher) We are preferably looking for UBC students, as this place is a 10 minute bus ride to campus on a direct bus route.
