listing: Phenomenal Furnished 12th floor ocean, mountains and forest view unit near UBC looking for a summer sublet! Available starting june 1st (or anytime after) until August 30-31. The room for sublet is the master suite, which includes private bathroom in the suite and fully furnished (bed, drawers, closet, home office). The living room and kitchen is also fully furnished and includes a 65 inch 4K OLED TV (in the photo it’s a 48 inch but we upgraded it to a 65 inch) . The balcony also has furniture and provides a beautiful view as depicted in the photos of vancouver. Must be a male, as the other roommate is a male.
