Sous-location de début mai à fin juin, Quatre et demi meublé

Salut tout le monde!

Je cherche quelqu'un pour sous-louer mon appartement du 1er mai 2023 au 30 juin 2023. On parle d'un quatre et demi, premier étage (un escalier), meublé, 1300$ par mois - hydro, internet, et terrasse incluse. Situé à l'intersection de 3ème avenue et Beaubien, donc à deux minutes des parcs Beaubien et Molson et du Cinéma Beaubien ; des lignes d'autobus 18 Beaubien, 94 Iberville et 67 Saint-Michel, et dix minutes de marche du métro Iberville sur la ligne bleue.

L'appartement est organisé comme suit, de l'avant vers l'arrière : Une première pièce double à l'avant où se trouve le bureau avec immense fenêtre (lumière le matin), grand meuble-bibliothèque qui coupe de la chambre à coucher. Corridor qui connecte vers la seconde pièce double ; Ensuite seconde pièce double, soit le salon avec deux divans, et la cuisine, connectée à la salle de bain et la terrasse arrière - avec la lumière qui plombe en après-midi :)

Il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, ni laveuse-sécheuse : au lieu de quoi vous pouvez utiliser les services de la Brassée, sur Beaubien juste en face du parc Molson. En termes d'épiceries, on parle du Provigo sur Beaubien et 9ème avenue, du Pomme d'Api sur Rosemont, et des quinze nouvelles épiceries qui ouvrent chaque semaine sur Beaubien (:

I'm looking for someone to sublet my apartment from May 1rst 2023 to June 30th 2023. We're talking about a four and a half, first floor (one staircase), furnished, $1300 per month - hydro, internet, and terrace included! Located at the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Beaubien, two minutes from Beaubien and Molson parks and the Beaubien Cinema; 2min walk to bus routes 18 Beaubien, 94 Iberville and 67 Saint-Michel, and a ten-minute walk from the Iberville metro on the blue line.

The apartment is organized as follows, from front to back: A first double room at the front, where the office is located, with a huge window (light in the morning), a large library that cuts off from the bedroom. Corridor that connects to the second double room ; Then the second double room : the living room with two divans, and the kitchen, connected to the bathroom and the rear terrace - with the light bursting in the afternoon :)

There's no dishwasher or washing machine / dryer: instead, you can use the services of La Brassée, on Beaubien just across from Molson Park. In terms of grocery stores, we're talking about Provigo on Beaubien and 9th Avenue, Pomme d'Api on Rosemont, and the fifteen new grocery stores opening every week on Beaubien (...):

Ultra-mega-quiet neighborhood, and we're looking to preserve that <3

Non-smoking apartment, and no pets allowed. And my few plants to keep alive!
