I am renting a parking lot #4 each on a monthly basis (no contract require for rent under a year). You can park on the lot for all 24 hours of the day and the lot area will be monitored weekly. This is the only available parking lot. Here are some examples of people who rented the area:
For your typical east end commuter, can park here and arrive on the bus to Victoria Park Station. People who also live locally in the area are currently renting the lot.
Our lot has a wide entryway so it is fairly easy to park in this lot. There is a fair amount of privacy in the low as it is covered partially with a fence, but close to the main intersections as well. Lot size is shared between other vehicles parking too as we are designating areas on where to park. Our usual customers are usually nearby residences or auto workers.

Scarborough doesn't offer permit parking so this is a good option for someone in the area.
