1984 Kawasaki GPz 550

Hi I have a 1984 Kawasaki GPz 550 was told they where the “ Ninja” before they came out I do have the T.O.D Not safetied and don’t know what it’ll need for a safety Got the bike from my cousin as he didn’t want it anymore it’s been in a garage for almost 30 years and hasn’t been touched and personally not my style of bike! Fires every time when primed! Has a small dint on the tank, and some stuff looks spilled on the tank that doesn’t seem to rub off (showed in pictures) the key won’t open the tank lid seems seized, right rear foot peg was broke and needs welding (showed in pictures), will need new tires as they don’t hold air long. I’d recommend the carbs to get cleaned from sitting that long. Will come with owners manual and a brand new battery I bought that I haven’t installed yet $2,000 OBO Thanks
