Jim is a tire guy who sells and changes tire out of his garage in the Hart off of Shady Lane on Bellamy Road. Avoid him at all costs! (Don't confuse him with Bryce on Old Summit)

He changed my tire a couple weeks ago and while I watched he snapped off one of my TPMS sensors with his crow bar that he uses to remove the tire. He said that he would not take responsibility for it and continued to tell me that another tire he did weeks back also broke. Doesn't seem like a one-off occurrence to me.

During that same day he double booked a lady and would not take responsibility for that either. He told her that she got the dates wrong because he "always" records it in his book and had to turn her away.

Fast forward to last week, I bought a TPMS sensor on my own dime for him to put back on as he said he would. I took time out of work to drive up to the Hart and he ended up double booking me and didn't take responsibility for that either! He told me his wife must have booked me (even though I talked to him directly on the phone to book it) and sent me off on my way.

Now today (it doesn't end), I go up there to finally get that sensor put on. He ends up scratching my rim by torquing on it to get the sensor on.

At the end I tell him respectfully that I wasn't happy with everything that has happened and he instantly goes ballistic on me telling me he doesn't need my business or my referrals and to get off his property before he loses it on me. There's a difference between listening to feedback and the way he handled it.

Also, the whole time I was there to change my tire he spent his time down talking Bryce "the tire guy" for stealing his business name(advertises on kijiji) saying that he wouldn't send him referrals. Bryce is right, I wouldn't either!

I'm just going to chalk this one up as a learning experience but I want everyone out there to know that if they want their tires done properly to avoid him.

I'll put pictures up soon
