These are made entirely of 3/4" sanded plywood. Screwed and glued together.
Tool Slot Dimensions:
2" channel (where the tool slides in)
3-1/2" Tool opening width
3" Tool opening height
***These pieces aren't perfect. They have tool marks and the ply has chips here and there. There are some voids in the plywood which I do my best to cut out or at least orient to the back. It was made by human hands and not a machine so there is character.***
I would suggest installing these with french cleats as they give lots of support spread evenly across the unit.
Any size can be made to your specifications. Can also be made with more upper shelves if desired. See the photos in the ad for a variety of options. I do this in my spare time so if you're interested in something custom built there is a leadtime (2-3 weeks minimum).
Other storage solutions for your shop and garage can also be made. Photos attached also show an adjustable Sandpaper storage rack as well as adjustable brad nailer rack. If you've got an idea I can try and make it for you.
