has two bunks in the back, dinning table/bed and a queen bed in the separate bedroom up front. full bathroom with toiler, sink and shower/mini tub. gas stove/oven. dual sink. fridge and freezer ( 3 way power),furnace, dual power hot water heater ( propane or 120volt), out door shower and Roof top A/C that blows cold. everything works! even has a small solar panel of the roof to keep the house battery topped up. comes with 2 propane tanks and an equalizer hitch. all new tires put on last summer.

this trailer has the 3 season insulation package so it has under floor insulation and the fresh water tank is located under the bottom bunk.
