2012 Jayco Eagle 314 BDS

Much loved Jayco Eagle 2012 with the bunk house for the kids. 30-foot travel trailer. Sleeps 5 as is (no putting down a table or any configs) and 10 total. Two slide outs so it's really roomy. Bunk House has sliding door and has 3 bunks and a trundle mattress. Queen bed on other end with two sliding doors for parents. Roku TV, and Radio. Fridge and freezer are separate so there’s extra room. Mini fridge in flying kitchen. User manual and binder.

PLUS!! - New battery. New tires. 2 x 30lb propane tanks. Stabilizing hitch, sway bars and tongue lock.

Air conditioner was serviced within last year.
