2001 Rockwood Roo 21

2001 Rockwood Roo 21, upgraded to a bigger trailer that was better suited for the family so looking to sell our Hybrid. It’s 21ft from back to the tongue. When both beds are popped down it’s 28ft. Has heat and AC,hot water tank,fridge,microwave,3 burner stove with oven,3 piece bathroom. Everything works with no issues. No battery on this trailer. Has 2 brand new propane tanks purchased last year, 1 is full the other is empty right now now. One bed is a queen the other is a double. Kitchen table goes down for another double bed. Lots of room to sleep 6 people comfortable if needed. Queen bunk end canvas seam needs to be sewn up as it came apart at the end of last season, it’s only a couple inches long that needs to be done. Front bunk had some water damage but seals were replaced and no issues after that. Dry weight is 2800lbs. Light trailer with double axle. Put work into this to repaint and update the interior form all the brown.
