Inside the living are, kitchen and mezzanine bedroom are open, there is a furnace by the doors, brand new, pot lights in the ceiling, wired for a ceiling fan, all controlled by dimmers, and laminate flooring throughout, in the kitchen has a 4 burner stove with combi microwave over, under counter double door fridge/freezer, single sink with sprayer faucet, lots of storage with drawers, cupboards and shelves, to the rear is a curtain leading to the bathroom, space for a toilet, comes with sink and vanity, medicine cabinet over, electrical panel, lots of space to create the bathroom of your dreams, there is a ladder leading up to the bedroom, curtain for privacy, lots of storage space and floor space that can take up to a king size mattress.
