Excellent condition, bunkhouse fifth wheel used very little. Unique layout and many extra features including ducted heating and air conditioning, central vac, electric fireplace, electric jacks at the front and electric stabilizers at the back. The trailer dryweight is 8,304 lbs, cargo weight is 1,886 lbs and hitch weight is 1,390 lbs. It is half ton towable.
The master bedroom is at the front and includes a queen bed, slide out wardrobe, built in night stands, headboard storage, under bed storage, tv mount and hookup location and sound system. The bathroom is a cheater style ensuite with access from both the hallway and the master bedroom.
The bathroom includes a stand-up shower with skylight, medicine cabinet behind the mirror, storage cabinet under the sink, drawer storage beside the shower, and the controls for the propane/electric water heater and water pump.
The kitchen/living room includes many features. As you enter the trailer there is a bar height countertop (with two bar stools) that is part of the "L" shaped kitchen countertop, there is a large sink with a tall pullout residential grade faucet, propane stove/oven with large storage drawer under it and a microwave/range hood above it. The large fridge has a freezer on the top and is both electric and propane. As you can see from the pictures, there is lots of storage in this area with standard kitchen cabinet storage, a large pantry, a small pantry, and cabinets above the pullout couch and tv. The fireplace is electric and can be used as a heat source or just for looks without heat.
The bunkhouse is very unique and well thought out. The top bunk is "L" shaped and sleeps 2, the bottom bunk runs across the back of the trailer and can be flipped up for in transit storage with access from a small external access door (the minion door as our kids call it). There is plenty of storage in the wardrobe and all of this is behind a real door that the kids can feel comfortable changing behind and that keeps noise out while they are sleeping.
On the outside there is a large awning, garage storage, and the best feature ever put on a trailer... an outdoor kitchen! The outdoor kitchen has a sink, a two burner stove, a bar fidge and both drawer and cabinet storage. Once you've had an outdoor kitchen you will never own a trailer again without. The storage of cold drinks outside alone is a feature you can't live without, no more taking your shoes off to get a drink, no more waking the kids up at night for a drink, no more passing things in and out of the trailer, not to mention the additional fridge space.
Maintenance and upgrades. I have owned this trailer for four years, it is dealer serviced, winterized and stored every year. Any and all maintenance concerns are observed and dealt with, not ignored. The following list is components that have been either professionally repaired or replaced: the wardrobe slide motors, the kitchen sink faucet, the outdoor kitchen sink drain, the rear stabilizer switch, greasing and servicing of the super slide mechanism, and the water pump strainer. I mounted a bumper hitch style bike rack to the back bumper which damage the very thin walled bumper so I replaced the bumper with a heavy structural square tube and custom fabricated a removable bike rack and two aluminum, sealed and lockable storage boxes. The bumper is part of the trailer but the bike rack and toolbox assembly is removable and is not included in the trailer price. I am willing to negotiate a fair price for it or i will sell it separately or keep it for my next trailer.
The trailer is currently winterized and stored at an indoor heated facility. I am willing to show this trailer to serious buyers only not tire kickers or lowballers. If you don't intend on buying a trailer or are looking outside of your price range kindly close this add and keep window shopping elsewhere. If you are looking for a great trailer for you and your family to enjoy give me a call and I'll be happy to answer any questions.
