2016 Resort Limited by Heartland Park Model Trailer

41 foot park model trailer. 2 bedrooms in slides. Can potentially sleep 7. Kitchen/living room area has 2 large slides. Full size fridge. A/C and heater are working. Water heater is working. One owner in one location, well maintained, pet free, smoking happened outside of trailer. No holes or rust. Small damage on one piece of trim from a water leak that was repaired and one couch (that was stored offsite) has cat nail damaged. I can look into having it repaired if wanted. Price includes all the insulated panels and the deck (if wanted). Open to reasonable and respectful offers. Ready to move. Delivery not available. Thank you.
