I don’t know the weight because my sticker is faded off, but I can tell you we’ve hauled it with a 1/2 ton truck with 2 pair of cattle on board. Partitions will be in before being sold. Features: - 2 burner propane stove -sink - shower -separate toilet -bench seats with table that folds down into a bed - hot water heater - furnace - new fridge ( not propane- electric) - air conditioning - walk through to horse area -awning -microwave

Pros: -underneath is is great condition - new hot water switch and serviced august 2023 - roof completely re-sealed

Cons: - no saddle rack ( we never got it when we bought it) - water stains on the ceiling from previous owner , has been re-sealed and fixed) - cushion flooring has two chips -radio with outside speakers haven’t been hooked up so not sure if it works or not.
