Tutoring for students with ADHD, Autism, & Learning Disabilities

About FormEdOn: FormEdOn is a Vancouver-based company that provides a range of highly customized tutoring services to learners with disabilities. We specialize in assisting senior students with Autism, Learning Disabilities, processing challenges, and ADHD.

What we are offering: We are offering our learners 1-1 sessions with our Learning Specialist, Smita Srivastava. Smita is a British Columbia and California certified educator, with a masters degree in Special Education from Santa Clara University. She has 12 years of experience as an educator in public schools within resource and special education departments, homeschooling, and adult learning environments. Smita also has a English Language Teaching authorization, which allows her to effectively support English Language Learners.

As a promotional deal, FormEdOn is offering a 10% discount on its 10 session instructional packages to its new learners.

Learners and families can choose from the following options:

Executive Functioning Coaching Packages: These sessions include targeted support for ALL subjects in an individualized setting. The Learning Specialist will focus on providing time-management, task prioritization, project planning, homework and organizational guidance. Tutoring support and remedial instruction will be included in all sessions. Assistance will be provided with ALL school-based and online classes. Each session is 1 hour each. The regular price for 10 sessions is $850. We are currently offering them at a promotional price of $765!

Single Subject Tutoring: In our single subject tutoring sessions, the Learning Specialist will focus on one course or subject. Remedial instruction and assistance with homework completion, project planning, and test preparation will be provided. Targeted support is also provided in completing classes taken through eBus, VLN, NIDES, SelfDesign and other online schools. Each Single-Subject tutoring session is 90 minutes. A package of 10 sessions is regularly priced at $1000, but is being offered at $900 for limited time.

ALL Services can be offered in-person in Vancouver or online.
