This is a quiet area and consists of RV and park model lots. Lot sizes are typically equivalent or exceed the average “town size” lot and average 50’ x 120’. Structures such as storage sheds and day house/bunkhouses are permitted.

This lot is conveniently located near the gated entrance and a 2 minute walk to the dock/swimming area and playground. It also backs on to the walking trails and has lots of room for a fire pit. Trailers must be no older than 10 yrs and the tenant is responsible for water, sewer and electrical costs.
