One bedroom fully furnished Park Model Trailer with twin beds or can be made into a King bed. Bathroom with shower. Sofa bed in living room also sleeps 2. It is situated in a friendly 55 and over gated park on Avenue B (near Walmart neighbourhood stores) with green grass which has a clean fresh feel to it. Kitchen is full of cooking equipment. Also has BBQ, Air conditioning and heating. Utilities (power not included). Water and cable included in price. Free WIFI in the unit and in the clubhouse.
The park has a hot tub, warm swimming pool, a pickleball court and pool tables. There is a bus stop near the front gates.
The clubhouse has functions like card playing (Whist, Kaiser, Bridge, Crib, Canasta etc) yoga, line dancing, swim exercise, billiards, card making, sewing. Sign up for golf, hiking and meals. If you like volunteering there are many areas that you can sign up.
Are you a light sleeper? The trailer is near Avenue B. We also have our home along this road and we have tuned out the traffic and gotten adjusted and are not bothered by it.
The driveway is very long much longer than most in this park and we may need to store our car in the driveway if we rent out the place we live in. The driveway is long enough for 2 vehicles comfortably. However if we do decide to come for part of the winter (which is a good chance) then we will move the car over to our driveway during our stay.
Security gate closes at 7 pm and opens at 7 am. There is a refundable deposit of $50.00 for the Gate remote that will be refunded upon return of the remote control.
