Absolutely No Pets or No Smokers of any sort, including marijuana, cannabis etc. (Asthma in our family) It is a privilege for us to be able to rent our condo in this building. Our condo is located by the penthouse section, we ask for renters that will be respectful of our condo levels and will leave it in good condition.
Failure to comply with rules will be reported by other owners and may result in eviction and loss of damage deposit. Caretaker is on site.
