Whole house -in the trees by the ocean

Full house on a .86 acre property. Open concept house with a very large deck. There’s a koi pond with waterfall and hammocks around the property in the trees. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom opens onto the deck where there’s a hot tub with privacy of trees surrounding the back area of property. Master bath has a walk in shower and sink, and walk in closet. The other bedrooms consisted of one room with a bunk bed and a double bed, with another bedroom consisting of a queen bed. The kitchen has everything you need. Outside gazebo for peaceful days reading. 1 kayak and 1 canoe with life jackets. Ocean is down the hill, 1 min walk. In the area there is a kids playground and park, dog park, and many trails with beach access. The beach is not sandy in Sammy bay…this is oyster farming territory with rocky beaches. One beach has been sifted and is the closest to sandy and that is down at the bird sanctuary trail (there’s a bird sanctuary trail on one side of ships point). 1 private school in area. School District buses take students to their catchment schools.
