The 970 sqft condo is a newly remodeled newly furnished unit in the Sian that is a resort-like complex. The unit includes full equipped kitchen with granite counter, a dining room completely open to the living, a bedroom with a king size bed. The living room is equipped with a leather sofa that converts into a double bed. There is one complete bathroom and one powder room.
You will stay in a condo with a lot of room and comfort that is only matched by high end hotels. There is DVD, USB reader, sound system with Iphone base, WI-FI internet, flat screen TV with basic channels ( +30) and IP phone.
In the complex, in addition to the pool there is a private gym, pool room, conference room and laundry on each floor. The building has a 24hr security service and a parking valet if you have your car
