Dish soap, dish cloths, dish towels and paper towels are supplied. The well water is guaranteed fresh and clean. There is a BBQ with cooking tools and a dining table in the screened marina view deck and propane is included.

The living room has a sofa, two chairs, a dining table that can expand to seat 8 and a beverage centre with coffee maker and wine fridge. Above the electric fireplace is a 50 inch TV with Bell satellite, DVD player, movies and a PS3 gaming system. Wifi available. Air conditioning and heat keep things comfortable no matter the weather. There is a cell signal booster so there is consistent cell service available within the cottage.

The bathroom has a shower and comes with a hair drier and towels. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Renters are asked to bring their own beach towels. The cottage sits at the end of the bay with roads and pathways around the marina and out into a waterfowl reserve area. Note: A strict non-smoking/vaping rule applies in the cottage.

Area Amenities The cottage is 5 km from Lake Manitoba Narrows where you can find restaurants, a lounge, grocery and liquor store. Throughout the year there are local events such as fishing and snowmobile derbies, community bbq’s, family events, fairs, powwows and rodeos. The lake is known as a master angler’s paradise, fish such as walleye (pickerel), sauger, northern pike, perch, bass, and other species of fish travel year-round through the Narrows channel.
