Located in the north, quieter part of Playa del Carmen, the building is on 44th street (Calle 44), between 1st Ave and Calle Cozumel. The condo has 2 balconies (off the master bedroom and the living room), facing a quiet side street. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom could be set up as a king or 2 twin beds. 2nd bedroom also has a small folding couch for children up to 10-years-old. Kitchen is fully equipped while the balcony has a full size BBQ. Master bedroom and living room both have smart TV sets, available to bring your own FireTV stick.
