Rates (negotiable for three-week stay):
• Weekly rate for single/double occupancy: $1,400 plus a $200 refundable damage deposit.
• Weekly rate for two couples: $1,800 plus a $200 refundable damage deposit
The Cedar Cottage is nestled in the charming seaside community of Ketch Harbour, approximately 20 kms south of downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia and 9 kms from Crystal Crescent Beach.
This cozy retreat sits on a private lot and offers picturesque features:
• Oceanview: Guests can enjoy the wonderful view of the ocean or take a leisurely stroll down to the newly constructed community wharf, only moments away.
• Landscape: The yard is surrounded by natural beauty, including mature trees, shrubs, wildflowers and old rock walls.
• Other features: Paved driveway, garage and large lawns.
Cottage Features:
• Amenities : High-speed internet, a large screen TV with Roku, a small washing machine, deck furniture and a barbecue.
• Bedrooms: The cottage has two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed.
• Living Room: A spacious living room provides a dining area and a comfortable space to relax.
• Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen ensures convenience during your stay.
• Bathroom: The bathroom underwent a complete upgrade in 2020.
• Decks: The south-facing deck is perfect for pre-dinner drinks while taking in the ocean view and the north-facing deck offers sunset vistas.
