Cottage Rental on Bob Lake Minden

This property rents weekly Monday to Monday only @ $2800 per week with a maximum of 6 people. This is NOT a party place and we will only rent to families not groups. Pets may be allowed with owners permission. This is a Beautiful 3 bedroom executive cottage on deep Big Bob lake with a gentle sloping waterfront and all the amenities you could need. 3 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room overlooking the lake; country kitchen with expandable table and large screen porch with comfortable furniture and eating area also overlooking the lake. As well, 2 large decks with ample furniture, outdoor round table (seats 8), large floating dock, garage, beautiful gardens, lots of parking and the driveway goes right to the front door. Boat launch can be arranged. Row boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe are provided on this clean quite lake that is great for swimming, boating, exploring and relaxing. Fire pit off the lower lake deck with wood provided. Minden is just a short 5km away where you will find everything you may need. There a number of gentle steps leading to the lake and this property is not appropriate for individuals with mobility challenges. It is kid friendly, but toddlers would need a hand descending the stairs. Master bedroom has a king bed with a large ensuite that has double sinks and walk in shower. Other spacious bedrooms with queen bed in each. The 2nd bathroom is standard with tub and shower. On the main floor is a powder room. In the full walk-out basement is a large den with, two comfortable couches, smart T.V. with a DVD player, satellite and an assortment of movies, magazines and games available. A ping pong table is also provided along with other games for outside fun. Full high standard BBQ with all the equipment you may need and propane is included.
