Both unit A + B are fully furnished. Each unit has own private entrances, individual laundry in unit, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Unit A - has a tub/ shower, unit B - has a shower. Shared backyard with privacy fence, bbq, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Prime location minutes from Main Street, grocery, LCBO and extra parking. Each unit will be provided with one parking spot each. Pet free (unless discussed prior) and smoke free. Unit B -available Unit A - available
