In order to hold your reservation we require a $500 refundable security deposit and portion of rental fee at time of booking. The remaining balance is required 30days prior to your date of arrival.

Your deposit is fully refundable upon passing a departure inspection. -WEEKEND rate (2 night min) $475/night -WEEKLY RATE (min 6nights) $400/night -Cleaning Fee - $200 plus an additional $150 for a pet _______________________ Within 2 hrs north of GTA located in Muskoka ON. Approx 2 acres of Bracebridge waterfront property with a cozy sandy beach on a private lake. Family friendly, safe, easy water access, private dock. Bring your own Boat! 20min to the main tourist towns of Bracebridge, Gravenhurst and Lake Muskoka.

Amenities Provided: -large 400sqft Muskoka Screened in room -large spacious living room with large flat screen tv -fully equipped kitchen -fully functional washer and dryer -4 bedrooms -Full bath -2 clean outhouses -Tin Boat with wooden oars x1 -Paddleboards x2 -One person Kayaks x2 -Two person Kayak x 1 -Drinking water -Toilet paper -Board games -Puzzles -Variety of Movies -Satellite Radio -Horseshoe pit -Bocce Ball -Crochet -Large firepit (some fire wood included, additional wood available $10/bag or bundle) - 10-15 folding and regular chairs -Six floating tubes *Must follow the fire safety protocol set by the Ministry (Could have rolling fire bans) -No daytime burning

Bring your own -Linens (comforters and pillow cases provided) -Beach Towels (some are provided) -Life jackets, they are required when using paddleboards and kayaks (Some provided) -Water bottles

Departure expectations: -All towels in basket in front of washing machine -All dishes washed and put away if possible -Please leave Cottage in broom swept and vacuumed condition -All garbage, food waste, paper and plastic recycling taken home or to the bins at the dump located a few shorts minutes away **Please leave all cans and bottles in recycle bins inside the bar. -Have a safe drive home -Hope you enjoyed your stay, see you next time
