You can upgrade to Platinum membership at any time for more perks. Book using your points, pay a small booking fee (less than $100USD). All other fees disclosed upfront (house keeping, parking, etc.).
visit RCI.com to look at locations (you don't have to login to see the bookings but you can't see available dates or how many points it requires). Points can get you all inclusive for 9,000 point, 26,000 points or 50,000 - many, many vacation options in many countries.
Divi timeshare comes with RCI points (package deal). You can use them for yourself or for others as guests. You do not have to book the timeshare at Divi Resort, you can use the points to go anywhere, but you have to have the timeshare to use the points.
Annual fees are approximately $1000USD Divi, $200 RCI
Although you own a "week" the dates are variable.
