Conveniently located just one hour northeast of Lloydminster and just 10 minutes from the village of Spruce Lake, our newly renovated lakefront home located on south shore of Brightsand Lake is available for year round rental. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the lake from the second story balcony off the upstairs great room. Savour family meals on the two oversized main floor decks (one equipped with gas barbeque). Three bedrooms, each equipped with a new queen sized bed, provides comfortable accomodation for your family. Kitchenware, bedding, kitchen and bath linens are provided, just bring your beach towels! In the summer, days are easily spent just steps away at the beach with the beach and lake being great for swimming and lovely for basking in the sun. The area also boasts a number of golf courses, museums, neat shops and festivals. Evenings are enjoyed around the gas firepit!
