The Apple Study research team at the University of Guelph is recruiting volunteers to participate in a health and nutrition research study investigating the effects of eating Ontario-grown Gala apples on risk factors for obesity-related chronic diseases.
We are looking for generally healthy, obese adults (18 - 65 years) with elevated blood triglycerides and current/past use of acetaminophen-containing products (e.g. Tylenol).

There is no cost to you to participate in this study. Instead, we provide apples and compensation of up to $300 for your time and participation when you are enrolled.
